I spent a few days at this fabulous resort that exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-stocked with toiletries. I especially enjoyed the complimentary minibar that was restocked daily. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to cater for all tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The resort was conveniently located near a shopping mall and restaurants, with easy access to transportation options.

Although the resort was perfect in many ways, the pool could have been better maintained. It was cleaned only in the mornings and often ended up with leaves and dust in the afternoons.

We thought the hotel was overall nice and clean. The room and bedding were comfortable, with fresh linens. The free minibar and toiletries were a plus. The breakfast was fabulous, with a variety of options to choose from. The facilities such as the spa, pool, and convenience store nearby were convenient and well-maintained. Location was a bit removed from the busy city life, but still with access to food options and shopping at a walking distance.

We didn't enjoy the limited food options at the on-site restaurant or room service.

During my stay at the hotel for Christmas, I appreciated the comfortable and spacious rooms, with fresh and clean linens. The hotel is also conveniently located near a convenience store and some local food options which made it easy to grab snacks and meals. the shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great advantage which allowed me to easily travel around the city without any hassle.

I noticed that the pool was not cleaned regularly and there were leaves and dust floating on the water surface. the staff was not very prompt with requests and seemed forgetful, with the minibar and towels not being restocked on time.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and attentive service. The swimming pool was stunning and the room had exclusive features like a private jacuzzi. We loved the bar/lounge area and the private facilities were top-notch. The location was superb, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we had was with the slow service at the restaurant. Despite the great food, we had to wait longer than expected for our meals.
